DFIT is an online platform for booking fitness coaches in the UAE. 11 coaches are currently listed. Coaches travel to you rather than you going to a gym.
How do I book a coach?
Choose a coach and a session time in the DFIT app (available on the App Store and Google Play), or message DFIT on WhatsApp at +971 54 990 0041 and the team will help you find a coach. Your coach then travels to the location you choose.
Where do the coaches train me?
At the location you choose, such as your home. Confirm the place with your coach when you book.
Which services can I book?
Personal training, strength and conditioning, boxing, swimming coaching, kids training, yoga, sports massage, PNF and pre- and post-natal training are listed on the platform. Availability depends on the coach.
Which cities are covered?
Coaches are currently listed in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. For other emirates, message DFIT on WhatsApp at +971 54 990 0041.
How much does it cost?
Session packages currently range from AED 200–300 per session, depending on package size. See the pricing page.
